Streamline your operations with CJSeto’s proven inventory management and logistics services. With decades of experience supporting government agencies and industries, we simplify logistics, property management, and supply chains to boost efficiency and meet compliance standards.

Our team is skilled at managing inventory, materials, and warehousing. We utilize advanced technology to accurately track stocks, issues, and receipts at every stage. By leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as RFID and barcodes, CJSeto can streamline and automate the inventory management process, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.  This automation enables organizations to reduce costs and operate more efficiently.

Logistics and Property Management

CJSeto is a trusted contractor with extensive experience supporting logistics and property management tasks. We are experts at managing receipt, warehousing, and delivery of materials for federal agencies like the US Navy, the Department of Homeland Security (Coast Guard, ICE, USCIS, US Border Patrol), NASA, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Veterans Administration.

Our expertise includes:

Material Receipt and Inspection

CJSeto receives and inspects materials to verify quality and compliance with standards. This ensures everything is accounted for and ready for use or storage.

Logistics, Inventory Management, and Warehousing

We oversee logistics, inventory control, and warehousing to ensure materials are stored safely and accounted for accurately. Our proactive material management reduces supply chain delays and helps maintain smooth operations. At Naval Postgraduate School, we manage property and warehouse operations, which include receiving deliveries, tagging property, and maintaining accurate logs. We also handle excess material processing, furniture, and e-waste disposal and reuse programs to minimize waste and maximize resources.

Chemical and Hazardous Material Inventory

CJSeto conducts a wall-to-wall inventory of chemicals and hazardous materials present in your facility to meet all OSHA Safety Data Sheet requirements. Additional benefits of a comprehensive chemical inventory are to assess what you have on hand, when it expires and how much you use. This information is useful so you order only what you need, thus minimizing the cost of disposal of outdated or expired chemicals.  It also reduces the risks of storing excess chemicals.

Hazardous Material Management

Our team ensures hazardous materials are stored properly and in a way compatible with each chemical’s unique attributes, such as segregation of materials, secondary containment, etc. to mitigate the risk of fire, chemical reaction and spills. We are proficient with the requirements of the Navy’s Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP) and ensure compliance with OSHA, the National Fire Protection Agency, and local regulatory requirements.

Material Storage, Warehousing, and Issuing

Our experienced team manages secure material storage and ensures inventory is issued quickly and accurately. This highly accurate system preserves quality and ensures availability when needed.

Shipping, Packing, and Crating

We handle all aspects of shipping, including packing and crating. We also use forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to handle materials safely. Our team handles loading and unloading materials, using licensed equipment operators to move items weighing up to 10,000 pounds.

Disposition/Reutilization Support

We help organizations responsibly dispose of excess or outdated materials, following all regulatory guidelines to minimize environmental impact and maximize available resources. We have experience managing hazardous material minimization (HAZMIN) centers to facilitate the use of hazardous materials that would otherwise require costly disposal. This proactive management strategy reduces costs, eliminates the liability of unused hazardous materials, and lessens environmental impact.

We operate the Container Reuse and Refurbishing Center (CRRC) for NASA, the Department of Homeland Security (Coast Guard, ICE, USCIS), and the Department of Defense. We help each organization reuse high-value containers and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DOD) waste management standards, such as P700.

Advanced Inventory Management Tools

CJSeto is equipped to manage a wide range of materials, from office supplies to heavy equipment and hazardous materials. Our tools ensure accurate tracking, efficient movement, and full accountability across the supply chain.

Our organization provides:

Inventory Management

We use advanced systems to provide organizations with complete visibility of their inventory, tracking items from acquisition to use. These tools help reduce waste, improve stock control, and ensure materials are available when needed. Our inventory tracking integrates with:

  • One-Touch Supply – A real-time logistics tool for tracking material requests and deliveries.
  • Federal Logistics Data (FEDLOG) – Provides essential supply chain data to streamline procurement and tracking.

Material Management

CJSeto manages materials efficiently through every stage of their lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. We support procurement, distribution, and end-of-life processes, utilizing:

  • Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems (NALCOMIS) – Enhances inventory control for aviation-related logistics.
  • Web Federal Logistics Information System (WEBFLIS) – A resource for identifying and managing military and government inventory.

Material Movement Analysis

We study material movement patterns to find inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve flow, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliveries. Our analysis tools include:

  • Pre-Expended Bin (PEB) Processes – Ensures frequently used materials are available when needed, reducing unnecessary stockpiling.
  • Uniform Material Movement Issue Priority System (UMMIPS) – Manages priority levels for material movement to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Material Movement (Motor Vehicle Operators)

Our licensed operators handle material transportation using equipment like forklifts and trucks, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. We use:

  • Electronic Repairable Management System (ERMS) – Tracks repairable assets and coordinates movement for maintenance and redistribution.

Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR)

We ensure full traceability of materials using government-approved tracking systems, such as:

  • Navy ERP – A centralized system for managing inventory, procurement, and logistics within the Navy’s supply chain.
  • Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) – Tracks government property and provides detailed audit trails for compliance and reporting.

Container Reuse and Refurbishing Center (CRRC)

CJSeto operates the CRRC, refurbishing containers to meet shipping standards. This process ensures that materials are transported securely, in compliance with Department of Defense (DOD) regulations, reducing costs and environmental waste.
